Description
Pepper is the dried berry of a climbing vine that is native to India and Asia. Pepper is actually berries that are picked about nine months after flowering. Black Pepper, the spiciest, comes from berries that are picked unripe. This Medium Ground Black Pepper has larger granules of peppercorn than the fine grind and has a sharp, pungent aroma and flavor that is used as a universal table condiment to flavor all types of dishes. It is also commonly used in stocks, pickling and sausages.
