Raw Macadamia Nuts are a delicious, low-carb and protein nut that are rich in magnesium, Vitamin B1, omega-9 and oleic acid. Macadamias originate from Australia and are some of the most sought after nuts in the world. Macadamia nuts are tasty to eat by the handful or can be toasted with oil and added to salads. Perhaps one of my favorite ways of using macadamia nuts are chopped and in cookies!
