Barley Flakes are used to make hot cereal for breakfast, granola or added to stuffing. Our Rolled Barley Flakes look like rolled oats but are thicker and chewier. They are glyphosate-free, high in calcium and fiber, and vegan.  Barley Flakes are an ideal product for long food storage and emergency preparedness.  Barley Flakes are made by steaming and flaking pre-cleaned, partially-debranned barley berries.
