We carry three types of specialty shortenings: 1. Soy Flex Icing Shortening which has been specially formulated for use in icings. 2. All-Purpose shortening designed for use in many different applications including cookies, breads, cakes, icings and even for deep fat frying. 3. Super fry shortening which has been specially formulated for deep frying such as donuts.
